Welsh Airgun and Field Target Association (WAFTA)

The WAFTA holds both summer and winter league series. These are usually arranged around the BFTA shoot dates.

Every year, WAFTA hold the Welsh Masters series. This comprises an 80 shot course, set up as two lots of 40 shots. Prizes are awarded down to 10th place. It's an open event, and everyone is welcome to come along and take part.

WAFTA also its own Grand Slam. Qualification for this takes place during the winter shoots.

At the end of summer, they hold the Champion of Champions event. In this competition, the best shot from each of the clubs compete against each other to decide the overall Champion.
