The CSFTA has 12 field target clubs and a healthy competitive scene throughout winter and summer. The CSFTA holds several major competitions. This region is also the home of the BFTA National Ground where most of the BFTA events are held. These include the BFTA Champs, the Inter-regionals, Masters and World Championships.

Although the region has a competitive spirit, the clubs in the region are able to offer something for shooters of all abilities. They are always ready to provide a warm welcome to visitors and new shooters alike.
